Marco holds a degree in Finance and Business Administration from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy.
Prior to joining Stamford Partners in 2013, he spent 13 years at JPMorgan and then Morgan Stanley, where he was an Executive Director in the European consumer team. At Morgan Stanley, Marco was responsible for industry coverage of consumer clients including food & beverage, home & personal care and food ingredients companies across Europe.
During his career Marco has advised on a wide variety of advisory and capital markets transactions in UK and Europe, including, amongst others, Cadbury’s defence against Kraft, the sale of Yoplait to General Mills, the acquisition of Alberto Culver by Unilever, the acquisition of MW Brands by Thai Union Frozen Foods, the IPO of Chr. Hansen, and the acquisition of The Body Shop by L’Oréal.
Marco speaks Italian (native), English (fluent) and French (basic).
